Lubricant Sales Representatives

 

CASL is seeking driven and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our growing team! We offer two exciting career paths – Retail Sales and Fleet Sales – focused on promoting our high-performance Repsol lubricants and building strong customer relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in your assigned territory (retail stores, resellers, fleet managers, purchasing agents, etc.)
  • Prospect for new clients and identify sales opportunities.
  • Present and educate potential and existing customers on the benefits of Repsol lubricants for various vehicle types and applications, tailored to specific audience needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, exceeding assigned quotas.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to retail stores or fleet partners to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends within your assigned segment.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and uphold customer records using CRM software.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and industry events as needed.

 

 

Qualifications/Experience:

 

  • Diploma in Business Management or Administration with certification in sales(preferably) or Technical Diploma ( Mechanical, Instrumentation or Process)
  • Five (5) O’ Level subjects (Includes Mathematics and English)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in lubricants industry or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in CRM software

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities, with a consultative approach to fleet customer needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cost-saving solutions for fleet customers.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
